TERMS OF SERVICE

 

(Version effective from March 12, 2026)

§ 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS AND CONTACT DETAILS

  1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms") define the rules for using the Mekvil online store available at mekvil.com (hereinafter: the "Store"), and in particular the rules for concluding distant sales contracts for clothing.

  2. The Store is operated by: The Owner of Mekvil (hereinafter: the "Seller").

  3. Contact with the Store is possible via e-mail at: Mekvil.store@gmail.com.

  4. The Store conducts international sales.

§ 2. RULES OF USING THE STORE AND ORDERS

  1. By placing an order in the Store, the Customer declares that they have read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Return Policy, and accept their contents.

  2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day.

  3. The sales contract is concluded the moment the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the order for processing.

  4. The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of an inability to fulfill it, a system error, or a justified suspicion of payment fraud. In such cases, any collected funds will be refunded immediately.

§ 3. PRICES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

  1. The prices displayed in the Store include applicable taxes (including VAT), unless the law applicable to the place of delivery states otherwise. Any additional local taxes will be clearly indicated at the checkout stage.

  2. Customs and import duties: When shipping goods outside the borders of the dispatching country, the shipment may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country. Full responsibility for their payment lies with the Buyer.

§ 4. PAYMENTS AND DELIVERY

  1. The Store offers secure electronic payment methods processed by external, certified operators (compliant with PCI-DSS standards). The Store does not store complete customer payment card data.

  2. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer. The standard time for preparing an order for dispatch is 1 to 2 business days.

  3. The estimated delivery time and cost are always displayed in the cart before placing the order. International delivery times depend on the selected carrier and customs procedures, over which the Seller has no control.

§ 5. RIGHT TO RETURN (RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - 30 DAYS)

  1. To ensure the highest quality of service, the Mekvil Store offers all its Customers an extended right to return goods. The Customer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 30 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

  2. To make a return, the Store must be informed of the decision by sending an e-mail to: Mekvil.store@gmail.com.

  3. Condition of goods: The returned clothing must be in pristine condition – unused, unworn, unwashed, free from odors, and possess all original tags.

  4. Return costs: The direct costs of sending the goods back to the Seller (including any potential international shipping and insurance costs) are borne by the Customer.

  5. Refunds (covering the price of the product and the cost of the original, cheapest standard delivery; excluding customs duties incurred by the Customer) will be processed within 14 days from the moment the returned goods are delivered to the Seller's warehouse.

§ 6. COMPLAINTS, WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  1. The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects and in conformity with the concluded contract.

  2. Complaints regarding defects in goods should be submitted electronically to: Mekvil.store@gmail.com. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

  3. In the case of an accepted complaint, the Seller covers the costs of returning the defective goods.

  4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable mandatory law, the total liability of the Seller under any title towards the Customer is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for a given product, and the Seller is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

§ 7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All graphic materials, product photos, logos, names, and textual content found on the mekvil.com website are the exclusive property of the Seller or their licensors and are protected by international copyright laws. Copying or using them without written consent is strictly prohibited.

§ 8. PERSONAL DATA

Information on how we collect, process, and protect the personal data of our Customers in accordance with applicable data protection laws can be found in a separate Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

§ 9. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. The Customer will be informed of any changes through the publication of a new version on the Store's website. Orders placed before the change are subject to the version of the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.
